Another Memberships Matters email with options on how to claim loyalty benefits; another fruitless task combing through the website looking for them
As I understand it, these benefits appear when you renew membership, but as a 5 year member, I don't have to renew this year so the loyalty benefits area doesn't appear
Can someone look at sorting this out please and remember 5 year members when designing functionality on the website

I too am in middle of 5 year membership, have spoken on phone to the Middlesex office two or three times ( in late November and December, usually straight after 'Middlesex matters' is issued) to be told each time there is an IT problem in 5 year members getting access to the loyalty benefits area. They still do not appear to have actioned what I had requested over the phone so will be sending an email to the office. Although office is closed now until Jan 4th 2021, I was advised yesterday that the staff will all be working from home. So I would send them an email stephen.
